Tracy Cox, coordinator of Freedom Fitness
Tracy Cox talks monthly about
ways to stay healthy and maintain both physical and mental wellness
even in the face of adversity. Cox is the coordinator of Freedom
Fitness, which hosts a multitude of exercise classes for people
of all ages. She is a AFAA and NETA certified group fitness instructor
with numerous specialty certifications such as Zumba, Zumba Gold,
seniors, step, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and pre and post-
natal exercise.
