Gamber Firemen's Carnival
“This is our biggest fundraiser of the year,” says Bruce Bouch, public information officer for the Gamber and Community Fire Company. “We have a spectacular line up of performers, lots of delicious food, and of course a gigantic fireworks display in support of Memorial Day. We hope the community will turn out to support us and have a great time doing so.”
Once again, we are holding our annual carnival. It is scheduled for May 23 through May 30, 2009.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE ADDING TWO ADDITIONAL NIGHTS AGAIN THIS YEAR. SATURDAY, MAY 23 WILL BE OUR OFFICIAL OPENING NIGHT AND WE WILL BE OPEN ON SUNDAY, MAY 24 (NO BINGO, MONEY WHEEL, GUN JAR, OR BIG SIX WHEEL ON SUNDAY).
 This is by far our largest fundraiser of the year and we look forward to the community’s support. We encourage folks to stop by sometime during carnival week to enjoy the great food, games, entertainment, and rides. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. each evening.
Fireworks are scheduled for Monday night, Memorial Day, May 25. Fireworks should go off at 9 pm, weather permitting. We will also have the Major Raffle with prize money totaling $7000.00, a Ladies Auxiliary Raffle, a Junior Fire Company Raffle, a Steer Raffle, and our annual ATV Honda Four Wheeler Raffle.
